East Coast Harley Club charity event returns to Needham
The East Coast Harley Club will be hosting its annual charity bike show at The Red Lion in Needham on June 30.
There will be ten show classes, live music, an outside beer tent, a raffle, ice creams and a barbecue and the pub will be putting on a hog roast.
As in previous years, the event will be raising money for the East Anglian Air Ambulance, as well as The Prostate Cancer Charity, and proceeds will be divided equally between them.
Last year’s event raised £840 for both charities and the bike show is one of four events held by the club each year which include a three-day summer party, a winter party and a memorial run.
The East Coast Harley Club is a club of Harley Davidson-owning and riding people from all over East Anglia.
The club started 25 years ago in a sitting room with seven Harley riding friends and now membership stands at more than 70. A bit of a broad church, members include rally-goers, custom builders and some members have a particular interest in older models.
The event, which runs from noon, is designed to entertain bikers and visitors alike and all are welcome to attend. Admission costs £2.
